• At least 10 years of experience in C&B, rewards, or performance management.
• Prior experience in a public listed company or MNC preferred.
• Possess own transport and willing to work at Bukit Raja, Klang.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance the Group’s Performance Management System.
• Conduct annual salary benchmarking.
• Design and monitor variable pay schemes.
• Lead job grading exercises using established methodologies.
