Strategy & Planning: Develop comprehensive marketing strategies, branding, and positioning, aligning with overall business goals.

Team Leadership: Hire, train, mentor, and manage marketing teams (digital, content, creative, PR).

Budget Management: Prepare and oversee marketing budgets (monthly, quarterly, annual).

Campaign Execution: Oversee multi-channel campaigns (digital, social, email, events, PR) to drive awareness and engagement.

Market & Customer Analysis: Analyze consumer behavior, market trends, and competitor activities.
