A healthcare company in Malaysia is seeking a Marketing Manager to develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals. Responsibilities include leading the marketing team, managing budgets, executing multi-channel campaigns, and analyzing market trends. Strategy & Planning: Develop comprehensive marketing strategies, branding, and positioning, aligning with overall business goals.
Team Leadership: Hire, train, mentor, and manage marketing teams (digital, content, creative, PR).
Budget Management: Prepare and oversee marketing budgets (monthly, quarterly, annual).
Campaign Execution: Oversee multi-channel campaigns (digital, social, email, events, PR) to drive awareness and engagement.
Market & Customer Analysis: Analyze consumer behavior, market trends, and competitor activities.
Performance Measurement: Track KPIs, analyze ROI, and report on campaign effectiveness.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with sales, product, and other departments to integrate efforts.
Proven leadership and team management skills.
Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Deep understanding of digital marketing, SEO, content, and traditional channels.
