What will your main responsibilities be

• End-to-End Business Operations Management
• Supply & Demand Planning
• Execution & Support – pricing, promotions, accurate product documentation
• Driving Business Growth – channel growth, resource allocation aligned with commercial goals
• Actionable Insight Generation – analytics, standardized reporting, local operational decisions
• Market & Customer Intelligence – deep market analysis, consumer behavior, local trends
• Ecosystem Adoption & Partnership – standard data ecosystems, regional/global team collaboration
• Performance Measurement – establish and monitor market-specific KPIs, identify risks, uncover improvement opportunities

Process Excellence & Continuous Improvement

• Process Optimization – analyze, streamline, reduce operational costs
• Continuous Improvement Culture – embed data-driven decision-making throughout the organization
• Capability Building – training programs to enhance operational skills and data literacy
• Change Management – lead initiatives focused on improving existing systems and processes with measurable gains

What you need to succeed

Experiences & Qualifications

• 10+ years senior experience in business operations, supply chain management, or operational excellence in a data-intensive environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field
• Prior experience in FMCG and/or Food Service industry highly preferred
• Proven experience managing complex, end-to-end business operations
• Demonstrated success in managing the operational aspects of sales channels (e-commerce, sales operations)

Skills

• Deep expertise in supply chain, logistics, and business process management
• Strong ability to develop data strategy, manage analytics functions, and implement data governance
• Proficiency with analytics and visualization tools essential
• Ability to dissect complex operational problems, analyze quantitative and qualitative data, and implement effective solutions
