About us

Your Contribution

• Responsible for Gen+1 and Gen+2 product concepts
• Identification, planning, execution and assessment of proof of concept (POC) studies for Gen+1 and Gen+2 products
• In charge for technology scouting and assessment
• Developing new manufacturing process concepts
• Responsible for collaboration with Headquarter development teams and external partners
• Build up the core competency of the team to meet/exceed all department targets
• Work cross-functionally in a collaborative mode with multiple groups including Corporate R&D, Design team, Product Development, Process Development, NPI and Manufacturing teams to identify and resolve issues.
• Summarize complex problems, develop actions to address them, and build consensus across teams to drive for solutions.
• Reporting progress and status to higher management

Your Profile

• More than 10 years experience in the field of R&D or Product Development within the optical or semiconductor industry
• BSc/MSC/PhD Degree in Electronic Engineering / Material Science/ Physics/ Photonics/ Optics and/or equivalent experience
• Excellent know how in the field of Optics
• Experience in technology and product development
• Leadership experience
• Good know how of manufacturing processes in the field of optics or semiconductor
• Deep know how in problem solving methods
• Excellent communication, organizational, and team building skills.
• Target driven personality with high execution focus
