Job description

Responsibilities

• Ensure that the branch meets all our customers’ needs in accordance with the after sales CSI targets.
• Responsible for the after sales performance of the branch in terms of profitability, productivity, efficiency and utilization.
• Manage the after sales team to meet customers' requirements and delight customers through their experience with us.
• Ensure compliance with the organization standards and other statutory requirements.
• Ensure adherence to all employment procedures in line with existing legislation and company policy.
