Job Requirements

• To lead and elevate the global quality strategy across our operations. This role is pivotal in ensuring consistent quality standards across manufacturing sites, sales organizations/BUs, and remote teams worldwide.
• Oversee QA/QC functions across multiple international manufacturing facilities and sales regions
• Develop and implement unified quality standards and compliance protocols
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product integrity and customer satisfaction
• Lead audits, certifications, and continuous improvement Responsibilities
• Define and execute the global QA/QC road map aligned with corporate objectives
• Manage quality teams across regions, ensuring alignment and performance
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective action plans for critical issues
• Setup a close loop control system with good documentation on internal and external quality issues and customer/ jobsite feedback. Build up and maintain a continuous improvement system.
• Monitor KPIs and quality metrics to drive data-informed decisions
• Ensure compliance with ISO, and other relevant standards
• Champion a culture of quality, safety, and operational excellence

Qualifications
