Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of finance/accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a senior role.
• Experience in external audit is preferred.
• Strong technical knowledge in IFRS 9 and consolidation accounting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full set of accounts for Swiss & HK entities.
• Ensure compliance with Swiss GAAP, IFRS, and Group accounting policies.
• Work with external auditors for statutory compliance.
• Prepare and consolidate reports for investors and stakeholders.
