Graphic Designer | SKINTIFIC (Social Media / Ads)

SKINTIFIC is seeking a creative Ads Designer to join our team to help create impactful advertising campaigns that resonate with our audience and drive engagement. You will collaborate closely with the marketing and creative teams to develop visually compelling content that supports our brand and marketing goals. This role requires a mix of creativity, technical design skills, and an understanding of marketing trends and strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and Design Ads: Develop visually appealing and effective advertisements for a variety of platforms, including social media, search engines, display networks, print media, and more.

Brand Consistency: Ensure all ads align with the company's branding and marketing guidelines.

Collaborate with Teams: Work with the marketing, copywriting, and creative teams to understand campaign goals, target audience, and messaging.

Iterative Design Process: Revise and refine ad designs based on feedback from stakeholders and performance metrics.

Asset Management: Organize and manage a library of design assets for various campaigns.

Stay Updated on Trends: Keep up with the latest design and advertising trends to ensure ads are innovative and competitive.

Ad Performance Analysis: Work with the analytics team to assess the performance of ads and make data-driven adjustments.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Advertising, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).

2+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in advertising or digital marketing.

Proficiency in design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, etc.

Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of ad designs.

Knowledge of digital advertising formats and specifications (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.)

Good knowledge in skincare product would be advantage.

Ability to work with deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Familiarity with video editing and motion graphics software.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication and time-management skills.
