Job Responsibility

• To plan and ideate content in social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and other social platforms)
• Develop strategies to increase follower base and engagement rate
• To shoot and appear in videos as our very own influencer
• To edit the videos with suitable effects and captions which are in trend
• Knowledge of SEO & E-Commerce (online shopping)
• Creative, strong and innovative ideas to create promotion, sales and advertising concepts to increase brand awareness
• Experience with Facebook campaign advertising, custom audience Facebook to meet our right target and Instagram marketing
• Plan, strategize and execute all online marketing ideas, marketing database, social media, email marketing, digital advertising campaign and display advertising campaign
• Communicate with target audiences & build and develop customer relationships
• Knowledge on Shopee, Lazada and Facebook advertisement

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Degree, Advanced Degree.
• Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, optionally Mandarin.
• Positive attitude, passionate on collaborative teamwork, excel at interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Adaptable to change, able to pivot and find alternate solutions, demonstrated capability in meeting new challenges.
• Demonstrated leadership skills in driving teamwork excellence, conflict resolution.
