Job description

Responsibilities

• Manage social media marketing campaigns and day-to-day activities
• Develop relevant content topics to reach the Association's target customers
• Create and manage all published content (images, video and written) on Facebook, NAMLIFA Website and Instagram
• Creating and delivering social media strategies for specific projects which increases audience engagement or conversion
• Handling multimedia support during all HQ & Branch events (Upon request)
• Liaise with IT vendor regarding office IT maintenance
• Designing for magazine and sorting content
• Designing for forms / Brochure / Flyer/ Banner/ Bunting
• Liaise with vendor on membership website and payment gateway
• Handling email console (Gmail)
• Manage and prioritise multiple tasks
• Find creative solutions to communications challenges
• Perform other general or Ad Hoc duties as assigned by Management
