JOB PURPOSE
To support the Human Resource department in executing day-to-day HR operations, talent acquisition, employee engagement initiatives, and HR projects while gaining exposure to the full spectrum of HR functions. This role is designed to develop future HR professionals through hands‑on experience and structured learning.
JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES / KEY RESULT AREA
1) Recruitment & Onboarding
- Assist in managing the end‑to‑end recruitment process for non‑managerial roles.
- Source and screen candidates using internal databases, job portals, and social media platforms.
- Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.
- Support the onboarding process, including preparation of documents, orientation sessions, and employee induction activities.
2) HR Operations & Employee Data
- Assist in maintaining accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Support HR reporting, tracking, and data consolidation tasks.
- Prepare HR letters, forms, and documentation as required.
3) Learning & Development
- Assist in coordinating training programmes, workshops, and refresher sessions.
- Track training attendance, feedback, and training hours for employees.
4) Employee Engagement & Welfare
- Support the planning and execution of employee engagement activities and company events.
- Assist in surveys, feedback collection, and follow‑up action plans.
5) HR Projects & Process Improvement
- Participate in HR initiatives such as performance management cycles, system implementation, and policy updates.
- Provide research and administrative support for various HR improvement initiatives.
- Support in Office admin as when needed.
MINIMUM ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS & TECHNICAL COMPETENCES
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
- Fresh graduates or those with less than 1 year of working experience are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail‑oriented with good organisational and administrative abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Fast learner with a positive attitude and willingness to grow in the HR field.
