This 6‑month program provides foundational “Station Skills” and progresses trainees through three tiers: Crew, Crew Trainer, and Crew Leader.

  • As Crew you focus on kitchen production, cleanliness, and customer service.
  • As Crew Trainer you receive in‑depth company policies, customer engagement, and frontline experience.
  • As Crew Leader you manage zone production and coach Crews.
Requirement
  • Certificate, Diploma, or Bachelor’s Degree in F&B, Retail Management, Business Management, Hospitality, etc.
  • Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Able to relocate and is transferable.
Responsibility
  • Campus training and mentorship from entry level to management trainee.
  • Daily operational support, kitchen production, and customer service excellence.
  • Adherence to McDonald’s corporate policies, safety standards, and quality guidelines.
Benefits
  • Hourly rate of RM10.25 or monthly RM2,000 (Diploma/Degree).
