Job description

Program Overview

This 6‑month program offers a foundation of station skills before moving forward as a Management Trainee through three tiers: Crew, Crew Trainer, and Crew Leader.

• Tier 1 – Crew: focus on production and services such as food and drink production in the kitchen, cleanliness, and customer service.
• Tier 2 – Crew Trainer: detailed introduction to company policies, enhanced customer engagement, and frontline operations.
• Tier 3 – Crew Leader: leadership role managing zone productions and coaching Crews.

Requirements

• Certificate/Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in related fields such as F&B, Retail Management, Business Management, Hospitality, etc.
• Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Able to work shifts, on weekends, and public holidays.
• Able to relocate/is transferable.

• Diploma: RM 8.70/Hours or RM 1800/Month
• Degree: RM 9.70/Hours or RM 2000/Month
