Global Supply Chain Developer

In the Plasma Control Technologies (PCT) division, we manufacture specialized components that are required for the precise control of plasma processes and are used in the production of memory chips or touch screens for sensors, smartphones or tablets.

What you will do:

• Assess existing processes, KPIs and digital tools to identify opportunities for simplification, automation and performance improvement. Able to streamline processes, deal with complex management, navigate global organization to deliver fast results that improve performance of supply chain
• Collect, analyse and interpret large and complex datasets to recommend both strategic and operational decisions
• Lead and support process design, training, adoption tracking, change management and governance initiatives
• Facilitate alignment and collaboration across regions, customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders
• Prepare strategic presentations and decision papers for executive management. Act as a versatile problem solver, addressing high-impact challenges across the global supply chain

What you bring:

• Master's degree in business management, operations & supply chain management or related field preferred
• Good knowledge of SAP including deep knowledge of Supply Chain, MRP logic and parameters and Microsoft Office, including Power Point presentation skills
• Ability to work with large datasets and dashboards, key performance metrics and reports while ability to review, streamline, digitalise and automate processes
• Minimum of 10 years in semicon industry, supply chain, demand planning (direct material), procurement (direct material) and logistics, preferably in a global environment
• Fluency in English is required. Any other language is a plus.
