Requirement
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business/Hospitality/Tourism or equivalent.
  • At least 2–4 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or account management in the related field is required for this position. Senior position will be considered based on experience.
  • Must possess the ability to work in a fast‑paced work environment, be well organized, prioritize and handle multiple assignments, and be willing to get involved in projects with varying degrees of difficulty.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Negotiation and problem‑solving skills.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and derive insights.
  • Self‑motivated, resourceful, and results‑driven with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently, exercising good judgment and initiative.
  • Candidate with tourism experience will have an added advantage.

Responsibility
  • Identify and evaluate potential partners, alliances, and business opportunities aligned with company strategy.
  • Support the end‑to‑end partnership process including research, outreach, negotiations, onboarding, and relationship management.
  • Manage day‑to‑day communications with partners to ensure smooth execution of joint initiatives.
  • Work closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, product, operations) to develop and deliver partnership value propositions.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to uncover new partnership opportunities.
  • Track, measure, and report on partnership performance against agreed KPIs.
  • Assist in developing proposals, presentations, and business cases for new collaborations.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and proactively suggest innovative partnership ideas.
