Reinhausen Group is seeking a highly skilled Global Learning & Development Specialist to shape the future of learning across our organization. In this role, you will act as a global expert for learning processes, systems, and strategies, driving modern, scalable, and impactful development initiatives across all regions.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the global expert for designated learning processes, interfaces, and associated IT system mapping across the Reinhausen Group.
- Understand the organization’s strategic business needs and translate them into effective people development strategies.
- Develop, coordinate, and implement organization-wide learning guidelines and standards, including alignment with group-level agreements.
- Drive active change management to embed learning processes into organizational mindset, culture, and daily behavior.
- Monitor L&D market trends, lead benchmarking activities, and engage with expert networks to ensure modern, competitive learning practices.
- Lead the global, needs-based, and systematic expansion of learning offerings across the organization.
- Enhance and modernize existing support and leadership development programs.
- Design and implement eLearning Strategy 2.0, ensuring alignment with global learning goals.
- Hold technical system ownership of the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring functionality, optimization, and continuous improvement.
- Define and monitor KPIs and learning metrics, translating insights into actionable improvements.
- Promote a strong global learning culture through needs assessments, employee engagement, and quality management practices.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in Learning & Development, Talent Management, or Organizational Development in a multinational environment.
- Strong understanding of LMS platforms, digital learning ecosystems, or HR technology systems.
- Experience in change management, process design, or global program rollout.
- Ability to influence diverse stakeholders and drive adoption of global standards.
- Strong analytical ability with experience using data to inform decisions.
- Passion for modern learning solutions, innovation, and continuous improvement.
