Qualifications

• Experience in monitoring and troubleshooting infrastructure and network alerts.
• Proficient in maintaining health and performance of servers.
• Able to coordinate with IT teams for timely resolution of issues.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze infrastructure alerts using enterprise tools.
• Manage Windows and Linux server performance.
• Coordinate with teams to resolve technical issues.

Skills

Strong understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, DNS, DHCP)

Experience using network monitoring tools (SolarWinds, PRTG, Palo Alto)

Familiarity with network devices (Cisco, Fortinet firewalls, switches, routers)

Working knowledge of VPN, WAN, LAN, and SD-WAN technologies

Diagnose and resolve network outages

Experience with Windows and/or Linux server environments

Hands-on experience in server provisioning

Understanding of backup and recovery tools (Veeam, Nasuni)

Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V)

Basic understanding of Active Directory
