Global Finance Improvement Analyst (Open for Fresh Graduates)

• Ensure the timely update on the KPI Reporting Data
• Quality checks on the KPI Reporting Data
• Analyse KPI Data, and provide critical insights to relevant stakeholders
• Facilitate the KPI Reporting Onboarding Session for New Managers
• Communicate any updates/enhancement made to the KPI Reporting Process
• Drive the adoption for the Self Driven Data Excellence Culture
• Set up and coordinate the Monthly Project Forum
• Send Periodic reminder to the Managers & Leads to ensure timely update of CI Project status onto the Global EmPower Tracker
• Coordinate with the Global Finance Improvement Senior Specialist to facilitate the PE log Triage Call to review all Global Finance Process Excellence requests, initiate EmPower workshops and projects to improve processes before further automation, determine the most appropriate automation solutions (Oracle CR, RPA...), and route requests to relevant teams for delivery. Maintain oversight on status and progress across development teams.
