  • Collaborate with IT, operations, and quality teams to define MES requirements, architecture, and integration with existing systems (ERP, SFC, etc.).
  • Develop and manage project timelines, resource allocation, and milestone tracking.
  • Ensure smooth migration from legacy systems with minimal disruption to production.
  • Drive user training, change management, and post-deployment optimization.
  • Establish and enforce global engineering standards for SMT and FATP processes.
  • Lead initiatives to harmonize process parameters, equipment selection, and line configuration across sites.
  • Work closely with local engineering teams to identify and close gaps in process capability and equipment performance.
  • Promote best practices in automation, process control, and yield improvement.
  • Lead and develop a high‑performing global engineering team across multiple countries.
  • Foster collaboration, communication, and knowledge sharing between regional teams.
  • Serve as the technical authority and decision-maker for process, equipment, and system‑related matters.
  • Support new product introductions (NPI) and ensure alignment with global manufacturing standards.
  • Drive productivity, quality, and cost improvement initiatives through data‑driven engineering.
  • Introduce advanced manufacturing concepts such as Smart Factory, IoT, and automation.
  • Partner with R&D and Operations to support scalability and manufacturability improvements.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, or related field).
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, with at least 5 years in a global leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge and hands‑on experience in SMT and FATP processes for SSD or similar storage products.
