Job summary

A leading global ICT solutions provider is seeking a Technical Trainer for their Cyberjaya office. The role entails providing training to local staff and customers, managing training materials, and ensuring the quality of onsite and online training. Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and over 5 years of telecommunications experience. The position requires extensive travel and is a 1-year renewable contract. Qualifications

• Must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, IT, or equivalent.
• Over 5 years of experience in the Telecommunication field.
• Certification in HCNA/HCNP/HCIE is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical training to local staff, cooperators, and customers.
• Manage training equipment and regional training database.
• Participate in onsite/online training to ensure quality.
