Job description

Provide 24/7 support to global merchants and users through online customer service systems, email, or phone.

Communicate with overseas customers in English to resolve issues related to accounts, transactions, payment processes, and more.

Record and track customer feedback, coordinate with relevant departments to address and follow up on issues.

Assist in organizing frequently asked questions and solutions, continuously optimizing customer service processes and the customer experience.

Participate in shift work and night shifts to ensure uninterrupted global customer service support.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or above, fresh graduates or current students are welcome to apply.

Fluent in spoken English, able to use English as a working language (strong written and oral communication skills required).

Excellent communication skills and a strong customer service mindset, able to listen and solve problems effectively.

Strong learning ability, able to quickly master knowledge related to payments, accounts, and backend systems.

Willing to accept 24/7 shift work (including night shifts and holidays), responsible and able to work under pressure.

Experience in international customer service, cross-border e-commerce, or financial services internships is preferred.
