Job summary

A logistics firm based in Malaysia is seeking a candidate for operational support in a Control Tower role focused on the Aerospace industry. Responsibilities include managing transport requests, tracking shipments, and ensuring service level compliance. Ideal candidates will have over 2 years of experience in transport management or freight forwarding, operational experience in a Control Tower environment, and strong customer service skills. Willingness to work on a 24/7 rotational basis is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in transport management or freight forwarding.
• Operational experience in a Control Tower or 4PL environment.
• Knowledge in airfreight operations and AOG cargo is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact for customers and transport providers.
• Manage transport requests and handle relevant documentation.
• Track shipment execution and ensure compliance with service levels.
• Address customer incidents per service agreements.
