Job summary

A leading F&B company in Malaysia is seeking an experienced accountant to manage month-end closing and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of accounting experience with a full set of accounts. Responsibilities include preparing financial analysis reports, performing budgeting and cash flow management, and assisting in tax planning. Candidates should possess a certificate or diploma in LCCI or ACCA and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

Job description

Responsible for month-end closing and preparation of monthly consolidated financial and management analysis reports.

Ensure accurate and timely preparation of monthly financial and management analysis reports.

Perform costing analysis, budgeting, cash flow management, and assists with group income tax planning, withholding tax, MFRS reporting, and related compliance matters.

Assist in the implementation of new systems, processes, and procedures to improve efficiency and internal controls.

Assist the manager or management with any ad hoc or related tasks as instructed from time to time.

Requirements

• Certificate or Diploma in LCCI, ACCA, or an equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 3 years working experience in accounting job, preferably with experience in handling of full set account
• Must be responsible, initiative, and independent
• Self-motivated, good interpersonal skill and possess initiative
