  • Build a positive, disciplined, and accountable work culture.
Operations & Workflow Management
  • Monitor project timelines for publishing, launches, events, and campaigns.
  • Improve internal workflows, SOPs, and communication systems.
  • Ensure operational readiness for key events (e.g., book launches, fairs, campaigns).
  • Identify bottlenecks and resolve operational issues promptly.
  • Coordinate manpower planning, task delegation, and workload balance.
Finance & Business Oversight
  • Work closely with Finance to monitor cash flow, expenses, and budgeting.
  • Review monthly financial summaries and flag risks or inefficiencies.
  • Support implementation of financial systems such as budgeting, costing, and bookkeeping.
  • Assist in compliance matters (e‑invoice, basic tax coordination, documentation flow).
  • Align marketing strategies with business and sales targets.
  • Monitor performance of campaigns, launches, and promotional activities.
  • Ensure marketing execution is on‑brand, timely, and goal‑driven.
  • Coordinate between marketing and creative teams to ensure smooth content delivery.
  • Review KPIs and performance metrics with the team.
Creative & Publishing Support
  • Act as a bridge between creative vision and business execution.
  • Ensure creative projects (books, visuals, IP assets) meet timelines and quality standards.
  • Support publishing schedules, approvals, and production coordination.
  • Maintain balance between creative freedom and commercial viability.
Team & People Management
  • Supervise team leads or representatives from each department.
  • Conduct basic performance check‑ins and feedback sessions.
