Join our growing manufacturing team as a General Ledger Accountant! You will play a key role in managing daily finance operations, ensuring accuracy, and supporting business decisions. This is a great opportunity for a detail‑oriented professional with experience in manufacturing finance and a good grasp of Malaysian financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and improve departmental procedures, processes, and standards.
  • Perform cost analysis and support pricing decisions.
  • Review and verify daily financial documents for accuracy.
  • Record bank and cash journal entries in the accounting system.
  • Reconcile accounts with suppliers, manage accounts receivable/payable, and respond to supplier queries.
  • Record supplier documents in spreadsheets and accounting systems.
  • Check discrepancies between actual stock, semi‑finished goods, and system records.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; or 2–3 years’ experience in manufacturing finance.
  • Fluent in Chinese, English, and Malay; able to handle daily communication in Chinese.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Familiar with Malaysian financial and tax regulations.
  • Proficient with local accounting systems and MS Office (Word, Excel).
  • Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
  • High integrity and professional ethics.
