Responsibilities
Operations Support
  • Prepare and issue invoices, quotations, and related documents.
  • Liaise with vendors and service providers to obtain quotations, process orders, and coordinate deliveries.
  • Assist in monitoring project/operational expenses and updating records accordingly.
  • Support day-to-day operational tasks assigned by the management team.
Administrative Tasks
  • Manage office supplies (e.g., pantry items, cleaning materials, stationery) and ensure stock availability.
  • Handle office assets such as company vehicles, office keys.
  • Coordinate office maintenance and repairs (air-conditioning, electrical, plumbing, etc.).
  • Maintain filing system, documentation, and records (both digital and physical).
  • Assist in scheduling office activities.
  • Support HR/admin team with basic tasks (e.g., attendance record, leave forms, staff claims).
General Support
  • Act as a liaison between staff, vendors, and external stakeholders where necessary.
  • Ensure cleanliness, safety, and functionality of office facilities.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the management from time to time.
Job Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least minimum SPM & Diploma
