Responsibilities

• Using Paxus Fund Accounting software to manage financial data for the company’s clients. (those with no knowledge in the Paxus system, need not apply)
• At least 3 years in Fund Accounting
• Process trade and Corporate Action transactions in Paxus system portfolio.
• Knowledge of onboarding funds into Paxus will be an added advantage
• Assist in management fees, performance fees and fee accruals and reconciliations.
• Assist in revenue accruals and reconciliations.
• Assist in processing accurate securities trade transactions and reconciliations.
• Prepare general journals from various data sources and assist in the preparation of financial reports.
• Bank and security reconciliations.
• Assist in tax preparation by compiling work papers and returns for clients
• Perform other accounting-related tasks as assigned.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
• Knowledge of working in Paxus Fund Accounting system is a must have requirement
• Understanding of the financial services industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
