As a Developer, you will be part of a cross-functional Agile team building modern, scalable software solutions. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining application features, working with senior developers and architects to implement well‑structured and secure systems. You will also participate in planning and design activities, continuously improving your technical skills while contributing to the team’s success.

Job Responsibilities
  • Software Development:
    • Write clean, efficient, and well‑tested code that meets requirements and follows established patterns.
    • Implement application features and enhancements as part of a collaborative development team.
    • Participate in design discussions and contribute ideas for improvements in functionality, performance, and maintainability.
  • Agile Collaboration:
    • Work closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and other developers to refine backlog items, estimate work, and plan sprints.
    • Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, including daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
    • Communicate clearly with team members and stakeholders, contributing to a transparent and collaborative work environment.
  • Code Quality and Testing:
    • Write unit tests and contribute to integration and automated test suites.
    • Participate in peer code reviews and apply feedback to improve code quality.
    • Follow established development and security standards, and help identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Learning and Growth:
    • Stay current with emerging technologies, tools, and practices relevant to your area of expertise.
    • Learn from senior team members and mentors while taking ownership of your personal development.
    • Take initiative to troubleshoot issues, suggest enhancements, and contribute to team knowledge‑sharing.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2–5 years of experience in software development, ideally in a SaaS or enterprise environment.
  • Proficiency in C#, .NET, HTML, TypeScript and full stack development.
  • Familiarity with Agile development practices, version control systems (e.g., Git), and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Solid understanding of software development principles, object‑oriented programming, and secure coding practices.
  • Desire to learn advanced design patterns, architecture concepts, and domain‑specific challenges.
