Job summary

A hospitality group in Kuala Lumpur seeks a Front Office Assistant for Front Desk operations, including guest check-ins and checkouts. Front Office Assistant (Sunway Putra Hotel Kuala Lumpur)

Responsibilities:

  • Handles Front Desk operations of handling arrivals, check-ins (Registration) and departures for checkouts (Cashiering) of all the hotel guests.
  • Understand guest needs and preferences and provide the necessary assistance to ensure utmost guest satisfaction.
  • Handles face to face guest requests and enquiries articulating accurate advise on products, services and happening within the hotel as well as Sunway Group.
Requirements:
  • Passionate in handling guest check-ins, checkouts and enquiries.
  • Positive work attitude, punctual, reliable, responsible & willing to work on shifts as assigned by the division (e.g 7am-3pm/3pm-11pm/11pm-7am).
  • Pleasant disposition and excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • It will be an added advantage for those with at least a minimum of one (1) year experience in the Front Office with knowledge in OPERA systems.
