Requirements
  • Good communication skills in English and Mandarin. Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia is a bonus.
  • Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or front desk roles is highly preferred.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in hospitality management, ideally within luxury hospitality, private clubs, or premium service environments.
  • Experience working in a fast‑paced environment and handling cash or payment processing is an advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a positive, “can‑do” attitude.
  • Strong computer proficiency, including:
    • Calendar management
    • Accurate data entry
    • Microsoft Word and Excel
    • Familiarity with reservation or membership management systems
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating professionalism and grace under pressure.
  • Willingness to work flexible schedules, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
Responsibilities
  • Member and Guest Services
    • Greet all members and guests in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner.
    • Answer general inquiries in person, over the phone, and via email regarding club activities, programs, services, and events.
    • Address and resolve member concerns or complaints, escalating issues to management when necessary.
    • Provide information on club fees, packages, and membership offers.
    • Conduct tours for prospective members.
  • Administrative and Operational Tasks
    • Manage the member check‑in process using the membership system (e.g., scanning barcodes or verifying IDs).
    • Handle reservations and bookings for facilities, including dining areas, courts, rooms, and special events.
    • Process payments (cash, credit card, and member accounts) for services, merchandise, and fees, ensuring accurate financial records.
    • Maintain and update member records and databases while ensuring data confidentiality.
    • Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls using a multi‑line phone system.
    • Assist with general administrative duties such as:
      • Data entry
      • Filing
      • Managing incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
    • Track, issue, and manage equipment or locker keys for members and guests.
  • Facility and Safety Management
    • Ensure the reception area and surrounding common areas are clean, tidy, and well‑organized at all times.
    • Promote and enforce club rules, safety procedures, and regulations to ensure a safe environment.
    • Be fully familiar with fire safety and emergency evacuation procedures.
    • Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders when required.
