We are looking for a Front Desk cum Admin Assistant to be the first point of contact for our Firm while supporting daily office operations. This full‑time position is responsible for providing excellent customer service and administrative support to our growing organisation. In addition to front desk duties, the role includes handling administrative tasks such as dispatch coordination, preparing letters and maintaining proper document control.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a professional manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails and general inquiries
  • Prepare and manage outgoing documents, letters and correspondence
  • Coordinate dispatch tasks including document delivery, collection and courier services
  • Track and maintain records of all incoming and outgoing mail/parcels
  • Provide administrative support such as filing, photocopying and data entry
  • Maintain office supplies and inventory
  • Assist with various ad‑hoc administrative tasks as required
Requirements
  • Minimum SPM/STPM/Diploma in Business Administration or any related field
  • Prior experience in administrative or front desk roles is preferred
  • Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken & written)
  • Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Able to handle multiple tasks efficiently and work independently
  • Responsible and punctual, with a neat, presentable and professional appearance
