Candidates should possess a Diploma or Degree in any discipline, along with 2–3 years of front desk or customer service experience. Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Handle patient registration, check‑in/out, and appointment scheduling.
  • Manage patient records and issue receipts.
  • Attend to patient enquiries, requests, and complaints.
  • Process sales transactions and maintain filing systems.
  • Monitor and manage stock of supplies.
  • Liaise with suppliers for office administration.
