Job Summary

Salary range: RM 3,000 - RM 5,500 (Junior to Senior Level)

This role is responsible for handling customer service and coordination for sea / air export shipments. The incumbent will liaise with customers, carriers, overseas agents, and internal departments to ensure export shipments are processed accurately, on time, and in accordance with company SOPs and regulatory requirements.

What you'll be doing

Handle end-to-end sea / air export shipments from booking to cargo uplift.

Coordinate with shipping lines / airlines, overseas agents, transporters, and warehouses.

Prepare and process export documentation (SI, BL / AWB, invoice, packing list).

Liaise with internal operations, declaration, and transport teams to ensure timely shipment execution.

Update customers on shipment status and handle enquiries professionally.

Ensure accurate billing instructions, cost checking, and proper filing in accordance with SOPs.

What we're looking for

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the freight forwarding industry, preferably in export (sea / air freight)

Familiar with export procedures and shipping / airline documentation.

Good communication skills in English (Mandarin is an advantage).

Detail-oriented, able to multitask, and work well under pressure.
