The FP&A Analyst will play a key role in providing financial analysis and insights to support decision‑making. This role requires a strong understanding of accounting and finance processes to drive business performance.

Description
  • Perform financial analyses to support daily business operations, identifying variances, irregularities, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop, review, and track budgets, forecasts, cash flow projections, and complete financial statements (P&L and Balance Sheet) for the Business Unit.
  • Validate and review Business Unit submissions for corporate approval, ensuring accuracy and adherence to internal policies.
  • Assess and monitor financial reports, processes, internal controls, and risk management practices within the Business Unit.
  • Oversee Accounts Receivable collections, flag potential collection risks, and ensure alignment with cash flow requirements.
  • Maintain accounting records for semi‑active entities within the group, ensuring compliance with statutory and internal standards.
  • Coordinate and liaise with internal cross‑functional teams and external stakeholders, including auditors, tax consultants, bankers, legal advisor, and company secretaries.
  • Deliver ad‑hoc analyses, business case evaluations, and project support as requested by management.
Profile
  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3‑5 years experience in FP&A, finance or accounting
  • Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work with large data sets.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
