Cezars Kitchen is seeking a qualified Creative Art - Made with Love (CA-MWL) Chef to join our kitchen in International School located at Klang Valley.

In your role, you are the Director of Quality! You must ensure the highest quality of food production that will wow your guests, making them wanting to come back for seconds, thirds and so forth.

Key Responsibilities
Creative Menu Development
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef/Kitchen Manager/Operation Manager to create innovative and visually impactful dishes for the menu.
  • Experiment with new cooking techniques, ingredients, and presentation styles to produce avant‑garde culinary creations.
  • Develop seasonal or themed menu items that emphasize artistic food presentation, color palettes, and texture contrasts.
Food Presentation and Styling
  • Must know how to do fruits carving.
  • Take a lead role in the artistic presentation of each dish, ensuring that every plate leaving the kitchen is a work of art.
  • Work with plating and garnishing techniques to enhance the visual appeal of dishes, aligning with brand standards and customer expectations.
  • Pay meticulous attention to the details of texture, color, and overall aesthetics when presenting dishes.
Collaboration with Kitchen Team
  • Guide and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff on artistic plating techniques, creative culinary design, and presentation standards.
  • Coordinate with other kitchen departments (e.g., pastry, saucier, grill) to ensure that all components of a dish are artistically integrated.
  • Provide constructive feedback and ideas to improve the creativity and presentation of the team’s work.
Food Innovation and Experimentation
  • Research global food trends, art movements, and new culinary technologies to inspire and drive creativity.
  • Test new ingredients, textures, and flavor combinations to push the boundaries of what is possible in the kitchen.
  • Participate in food and art festivals, culinary competitions, or other events to showcase innovative creations.
Quality Control & Consistency
  • Ensure that all dishes meet the highest standards of taste, texture, and appearance.
  • Maintain consistency in presentation, ensuring that each dish matches the creative vision and meets customer expectations.
  • Regularly evaluate and adjust dish designs to ensure that the creative elements enhance the overall dining experience.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing memorable, visually stunning dining experiences.
  • Adapt designs based on guest feedback, special dietary requirements, or personalized requests.

Qualifications
  • Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience in a high‑end kitchen environment.

  • At least 3‑5 years of experience working in a high‑end restaurant, hotel, or catering company.
  • Proven experience in food presentation, artistic culinary design, and plating.
  • Experience in menu development with a focus on aesthetics and creative culinary expression.
  • Exceptional creativity with an eye for detail and visual composition.
  • Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and how to apply them in a creative context.
  • Proficiency in food styling, plating techniques, and presentation tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple creative projects at once.
  • Ability to lead and inspire a team of culinary professionals in a fast‑paced environment.
