What will you be doing?
  • Identify new business opportunity within the channel nationwide, leveraging market research and data analytics.
  • Develop and manage a pipeline of prospective clients, ensuring a consistent flow of new business opportunities.
  • Proposing, managing and executing the terms and conditions of Food Services and Business contracts.
  • Work closely on collaboration, support and alignment from various department stakeholders including Regions, Marketing, Finance, Logistic and Technical.
  • Build and maintain strong relationship with key decision makers within the Food Services sector. Conduct regular meeting and presentations to showcase our products/services and understand customer needs.
  • Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the acquisition processes and beyond.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with chefs, restaurateurs, foodservice managers, and other influencers within the industry. Leverage this connection to gather insights, identify trends, and promote our offerings.
  • Conduct market analysis to stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to enhance our product offerings and competitive positioning.
  • Monitor and report on acquisition metrics, adjusting strategies as necessary to achieve targets.
  • Manage order processing, forecast, and account aging.
  • Initiate, execute, and evaluate all promotional initiatives within DME allocation.
Job Requirements/Qualifications
Educational Background
  • At least Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field
Working Experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in customer acquisition, sales, or business development, preferable within the Food Services sector.
