Job Summary

The Food & Beverage Supervisor will oversee daily operations of our food and beverage outlets, ensuring high standards of service and customer satisfaction. This role involves supervising staff, managing inventory, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and contributing to the overall success of our establishment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and support F&B staff, ensuring efficient and effective service.
  • Train, mentor, and motivate team members to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Monitor and manage inventory, ordering supplies as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
  • Assist in developing and implementing standard operating procedures.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications
