We are partnering with a well-established multinational corporation (MNC) seeking an experienced Assistant Manager, Financial Reporting to join their expanding finance team. This role is ideal for candidates who possess strong analytical skills, solid technical accounting knowledge, and the ability to operate effectively in both commercial and shared services environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure all financial reporting activities comply with internal company policies, accounting standards, and relevant statutory requirements.
  • Review and analyse balance sheet and income statement accounts, delivering clear and insightful reporting to support monthly and quarterly closing activities.
  • Evaluate complex financial data to derive meaningful insights, including assessment of revenue performance, margins, operating expenses, and capital expenditure trends.
  • Perform detailed variance analysis and provide meaningful commentary to support management’s decision‑making process.
  • Support process improvements and contribute to strengthening internal controls within the finance reporting function.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting outcomes.
Requirements
  • Possess a professional accounting qualification such as ACCA, CPA, or equivalent.
