Financial Accountant Graduate Trainee (Start ASAP)

Join AMD as a Graduate Trainee - Financial Accountant in Cyberjaya, contributing to financial processes and collaborating across business units in a dynamic tech environment.

Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Review Marketing Funding Program documents and ensure Purchase Orders comply with Company guidelines
  • Track Purchase Orders and claims to ensure compliance with Company policies
  • Process claims in accordance with Company policies
  • Perform monthly and quarterly accruals and reconciliations
  • Collaborate with various Business Units and Finance teams across regions
  • Identify and implement improvements to business processes
  • Assume full ownership of ad‑hoc projects, reports, and analyses as required

About You

The company is looking for:

  • Strong communication skills in spoken and written English; Mandarin is an advantage
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Recent graduate from a recognized institution in a related field (e.g., Business, Marketing, Engineering, Finance, IT)
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and comfortable with ambiguity
