The Opportunity: Step into a Junior Leadership Power Role

We are looking for a Finance Team Lead to become the operational engine of our finance department. This is a high-visibility role designed for a "Leader-Analyst"—someone who possesses the technical grit to dive into data and the leadership maturity to manage end-to-end workflows across multiple subsections.

As the right hand to the Operations Manager, you won't just be executing tasks; you will be guiding the execution of others, optimizing processes, and ensuring that our financial operations are scalable, accurate, and high-performing.

Qualifications
  • Experience: 3 to 7 years in Finance or Fintech operations.

  • Leadership Track Record: At least 1+ years in a supervisory or team lead role. You must be comfortable managing people, not just spreadsheets.

  • The "Analyst" Edge: Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, Data Visualization) to track performance and support decision-making.

  • Process Architect: Proven experience in creating SOPs and managing end-to-end operational workflows.

  • Remote Mastery: High level of ownership and responsiveness. You thrive in a 100% remote, GMT+7 environment.

  • Communication: Impeccable English (written and verbal) for reporting to management and coordinating between departments.

Responsibilities
  1. Team Supervision & Daily Execution

    • Support the Operations Manager by overseeing and coordinating daily activities across multiple finance subsections.

    • Ensure the team meets daily targets and maintains high quality-control standards.

    • Act as the primary point of contact for operational troubleshooting and internal escalations.

  2. Data Analysis & Performance Tracking

    • Monitor team KPIs and operational metrics to identify trends or bottlenecks.

    • Translate raw operational data into actionable insights for senior management.

    • Conduct daily/weekly reporting on implementation progress and process efficiency.

  3. Process Optimization & SOP Management

    • Audit existing workflows and lead initiatives to "work smarter, not harder."

    • Draft, refine, and enforce SOPs to ensure the department can scale without losing quality.

    • Coordinate across different teams to ensure financial data flows seamlessly and accurately.

  4. Leadership & Mentorship

    • Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure professional growth and operational excellence.

    • Foster a culture of accountability and "ownership" within the remote setup.
