A manufacturing company in Johor, Malaysia is seeking a Finance Specialist. This role involves managing cash flow, overseeing bank transactions, and supporting treasury operations. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in finance or accounting, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and strong communication skills. Proficiency in MS Excel and an attention to detail are essential. This position offers a five-day work week.

1. Manage fund transfers, payments, and banking transactions.
2. Treasury Operations – Support management of foreign currency transactions and monitor exchange rates.
3. Payment & Collection Management – Monitor AR collections and follow up with customers together with the sales team; reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of cash flow management, bank transactions, and treasury operations; familiarity with short‑term investments and foreign currency transactions; proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting tools.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively across different teams.
