What you\'ll be doing?

Strategic Leadership: Establish and lead the Reolink FSSC in Malaysia, serving as the regional hub for global finance operations.

Performance Optimization: Drive towards achieving a D+5 month-end close timeline, >99% data accuracy, and >25% cost efficiency improvement by end-2026.

Digital Transformation: Spearhead the implementation of automation, BI, and workflow optimization to revolutionize financial operations.

Process Standardization: Ensure consistency, control, and compliance across all entities under the Reolink Group.

Cultural Development: Foster a high-performing SSC culture centered on accountability, service excellence, and continuous improvement.

Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day FSSC operations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance across all finance functions.

Systems Integration: Lead ERP configuration and integration, implementing cutting-edge automation and analytics tools.

Compliance and Governance: Ensure adherence to global financial standards and regulations while implementing robust control frameworks.

Team Building: Develop and mentor a high-performing team, creating clear career paths and fostering a culture of collaboration and learning.

Who are they looking for?

Finance Expert: You have a minimum of 15 years of progressive finance experience, with at least 8 years in a Shared Services or Regional Finance leadership role.

Shared Services Specialist: You bring a proven track record of setting up or transforming finance SSCs for multinational or e-commerce companies.

Process Guru: You possess deep expertise in R2R, P2P, O2C, and FP&A processes, with practical exposure to consolidation and intercompany operations.

Language: Proficiency in Mandarin is essential for this role.

Global Operator: You have experience managing cross-border finance operations across Asia, Europe, and North America.

Tech-Savvy Leader: You have a strong background in ERP systems and automation tools, with familiarity in digital commerce financial models.

Qualified Professional: You hold a Bachelor\'s Degree in a relevant field and a professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA, or CA. An MBA or Master\'s in Finance is preferred.

Strategic Thinker: You combine strategic vision with operational discipline and a focus on execution.

Communication Ace: You excel in stakeholder management across diverse cultures and can influence outcomes effectively.

Change Agent: You have a proven ability to lead transformation projects and manage large multi-functional teams.
