Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in finance, auditing or related fields is preferred;
  • At least three years of working experience in financial management positions, accounting certificates or Certified Public Accountant qualifications are preferred;
  • Proficient in using Office software and financial-related software such as Kingdee K3, and skilled in compiling various types of reports; highly responsible, honest and sincere, principled in work, and with a strong sense of confidentiality.
Responsibilities
  • ERP accounting processing; monitoring and maintenance of ERP software for inventory in and out.
  • File management. Centralized management of various account books, reports, vouchers, and business contracts. Properly keep accounting archives and timely summarize, statistically analyze and file relevant materials.
  • Submit financial statements on time in accordance with the company's financial system and formulate monthly accounts receivable collection plans.
  • Accounting calculation. Establish an accounting calculation system and be responsible for the company's revenue, expenses, profits, costs, accounts receivable and payable, etc.
  • Fund management. Handle daily affairs related to the company's bank loans, organize daily cash receipts and payments, cash journals, and fund security management.
  • Risk control. Conduct aging analysis of accounts receivable and issue collection plans, and urge the sales department to collect accounts receivable in a timely manner.
  • Cost management. Legally and compliantly transfer costs based on the company's actual operating conditions.
  • Statistical management. Report statistical data externally and regularly prepare statistical analysis reports for the company.
  • Tax management. Do tax declaration and planning work in accordance with national policies.
  • Company asset accounting management. Centralized management of fixed assets and vehicles.
  • External affairs. Handle export tax rebates and export credit insurance; assist in company audits and account checks; assist the HR department in applying for government subsidies, etc.
  • Aluminum ingot procurement. Create aluminum ingot price trend charts to provide data and decision support for sales and the general manager, and carry out aluminum ingot procurement and related work as required by the general manager.
  • Allocate work and conduct daily performance evaluations for department staff.
  • Other temporary tasks assigned by the leadership.
