Responsibilities
  • 1. Financial Planning and Analysis

    Develop and manage annual budgets and financial forecasts in collaboration with department heads.

    Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.

    Provide actionable insights and recommendations to support decision-making and business growth.

  • 2. Reporting and Compliance

    Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements.

    Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations, standards, and reporting requirements (e.g., GAAP, IFRS).

    Coordinate audits and manage relationships with external auditors and regulatory authorities.

  • 3. Cash Flow and Treasury Management

    Oversee cash flow management to ensure the organization meets its financial obligations.

    Optimize the use of financial resources to maintain liquidity and support strategic investments.

    Manage banking relationships and negotiate favourable terms for financing or credit facilities.

  • 4. Team Leadership and Development

    Supervise and mentor the finance team, fostering professional development and ensuring high performance.

    Track and analyze key financial metrics, such as profit margins and cost ratios.

  • 8. Others

    Other ad hoc tasks as may be assigned by management from time to time.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. A master’s degree (e.g., MBA) or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA, ACCA) is highly preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in financial management, accounting, or a related role.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
  • Knowledge of consol accounting is required.
  • Proficiency in financial management software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
