And now, we are seeking a dynamic and skilled Finance Manager cum Trainer to join our team.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the full set of accounts, including the Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statement.
  • Analyze monthly financial statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, and Statement of Cash Flows) and effectively communicate findings to the Director as requested.
  • Prepare year‑end financial books for audit and ensure accurate reporting.
  • Prepare and present monthly business performance review reports to management, highlighting key financial metrics and insights.
  • Ensure operational compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulations. Act as a liaison for any necessary compliance issues related to external parties (tax, auditing, company secretary).
  • Lead and deliver financial training sessions to external clients, ensuring participants gain practical knowledge and skills.
  • Prepare comprehensive training modules and materials, ensuring they are tailored to the needs of the audience.
  • Provide personalized assistance to clients requesting financial guidance or support.
  • Participate in webinars or seminars, both physically and virtually, as required, to represent the company and share financial expertise.
Desired skills & requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master's degree or professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, or CIMA preferred).
  • Minimum of 3‑5 years of experience in financial management or accounting.
  • Proven experience in managing financial statements, budgeting, and financial analysis.
  • Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Prior experience in training or mentoring individuals is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
