Qualifications

  • Must have 3 years of experience as a Finance Manager in a similar industry.
  • Involved in budgeting and forecasting with Sales management.
  • Able to prepare financial modeling and advisory for decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and present financial statements and reports for stakeholders.
  • Manage cash flow including collections and forecasting.
  • Prepare company budgets and profitability studies.
  • Work with HOD managing Profit and Loss, Revenue, Cost, and Profit.

Job in Brief

Accountable for the day-to-day Group's financial activities with broad responsibility for the preparation of Group's management reporting, budgets, taxation compliance, statutory reporting, cash-flow management, prepare analysis and undertake projects aimed at improving business performance. The role requires a strategic thought-partner with entrepreneurial spirit.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Prepare and present financial statements, financial reports on monthly and periodic basis for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage cash flow, including collection, forecasting and optimizing cash resources.
  • Prepare company budgets including new business ventures financial modelling and profitability studies.
  • Works with HOD in managing the Profit and Loss, managing the Revenue, Cost and Profit.
  • Manage and lead the finance team to achieve department KPI and efficiency.
Requirements &Qualification
  • Holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting.
  • 3 years of experience as Finance Manager in a similar industry.
  • Actively involve in budgets, forecasting work with Sales HOD for business results.
  • Able to prepare financial modelling and advisory for business decision making.
  • Keen on learning and continuous improvement self-reflect, what went wrong, and what to improve.
