Qualifications

• 5–8 years of relevant experience in shared services or finance hub.
• Solid understanding of OTC, P2P, and R2R processes.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Support the Finance Manager in overseeing daily financial operations.
• Coordinate month-end and year-end closing activities for APAC entities.
• Monitor team performance to meet service level agreements (SLAs).
