Responsibilities
  • Manage the full set of accounts up to the balance sheet.
  • Prepare and process accounts payable and receivable transactions.
  • Reconcile bank statements and maintain the general ledger.
  • Maintain proper filing of accounting and administrative documents.
  • Collaborate with other departments to provide financial information.
  • Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing.
  • Liaise with external auditors and tax agents on annual audits and tax matters.
  • Provide support to the finance team in various accounting-related tasks.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned from time to time.
Requirements
  • Possess a minimum of an LCCI Diploma or higher qualification.
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in handling a full set of accounts.
  • Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written); multilingual ability is an added advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
