Job description

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable functions, including processing various forms of payments within the timeline and ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded & recorded promptly.
• Manage accounts receivable functions, including daily updates on the branch's collection review, monthly aging, and issuance of invoices.
• To perform the Interco balances reconciliation.
• Manage fixed assets - including ensuring timely and accurate recording of fixed assets, and adhering to the company policy.
• Assist in the preparation of audit/ tax schedules for year-end statutory audit, tax computation service, tax submission, and liaise with tax agents, auditors & bankers.
• To undertake any ad hoc tasks assigned by the superior or management from time to time.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of working experience; however, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Good command of English, Malay, and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Able to work independently, self-driven, positive working attitude, well organized, meticulous, analytical, and able to meet tight deadlines
