Having grown to 80 outlets within just a few years, our ambition is to expand to over 1,000 outlets in the next 5 years.

Description:

Prepare full sets of accounts, handling and monitoring of Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Fixed Assets

Responsible for daily accounting operations and ensuring accounting records comply with relevant accounting standards and tax regulations

Handle Accounts Receivable functions including monitoring payment gateway collections (e.g., Grab, Foodpanda, ShopeePay, etc.) and reconciling settlements from multiple platforms

Track and reconcile daily sales reports, cash, and digital payment transactions from outlets and online channels

Manage Fixed Assets Register, including additions, disposals, tagging, depreciation, and periodic verification of assets

Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounting records and related financial documents

Perform payment processing duties such as preparing supplier payments and banking transactions

Ensure petty cash transactions are properly recorded and monitored

Assist in month-end closing, account reconciliations, and financial reporting

Perform any other accounting or administrative duties assigned by management from time to time

Minimum Qualifications:

2–4 years of experience in Finance/Accounting, preferably with exposure to F&B industry operations, Accounts Payable, and payment gateway reconciliation

Familiarity with digital payment platforms, POS systems, and accounting software

Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy

Good communication and teamwork skills

Self-motivated, organized, and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
